Wave Player is a program that I created to solve a problem that I had. With this program, you can play all your waves without having to launch a program each time. Once is enough. Just select your file and click on "Play". Now you can copy, move and even delete the files that you don't want anymore.
Program Sound Changer allows chosen .WAV files to be played when applications are opened and closed. Unlike the Open/Close application option within Sounds folder (Control Panel), this allows individual applications to have individual .WAV files assigned to them. Despite the huge compression, there is no audible signal loss! Using MPEG Audio Layer III, you can retain CD-quality sound at compression ratios around 1:11 (112 kbit/s). Unfortunately, decoding MPEG audio streams is a very CPU intensive process. And until now, there have been no fully-featured decoders available for Windows.

CD to HTML is a program to create CDROM-index- or directory-indexfiles and print CD-covers. Now you can also export the CD-cover as EMF (Enhanced MetaFile) and retouch it in another program (i have tested it in CorelDraw and it works fine). The index can be written as html or text. This works all automatic, you only have to fill in the path, the directory it should be created from, and the name of the index/CD-cover. For more information, you should download the program.
