WebRSH is a remote-computing CGI program for Windows 95/NT. More precisely, it's a CGI Perl script (a bunch of scripts, actually) that gives some control over a remote Win32 box. It provides a simple computing shell from which one can execute commands, upload and download files, edit text files, move files around (it has a simple file manager), start and stop services, etc. It can replace, to some extent, rsh, telnet, and ftp daemons.
