The concept, for those not familiar with these programs, is that by placing the mouse pointer in a particular corner of the screen, you can either launch the screen saver immediately or prevent it from running at all (for times when you need the screen steady, like defrags). Actually, 'immediately' isn't quite correct, as the program delays a couple of seconds before running the screen saver, to allow you to change your mind.
